Georgia Grown Symposium

The Georgia Grown Agriculture Commodity Commission and the Georgia Department of Agriculture are pleased to announce the 2020 Georgia Grown Symposium being held in Macon, Georgia at the Marriott Macon City Center Hotel February 11 and 12. This year's symposium will be a two-day event with educational sessions offered on day one geared toward craft food producers, agritourism operators, and school nutrition directors. Craft food panel discussions will include topics on growing your business, market and data trends, and e-commerce. Agritourism panel topics will include social media best practices, regulatory information, and customer service.

On day two, Wednesday, February 12, attendees have an exciting opportunity to attend an all-day farm tour to agritourism operations in the area. Tour stops include pecan growers and processors, peanut production facilities, and a Georgia Grown retail experience.

Georgia Grown is currently seeking exhibitors who are paid members of the Georgia Grown program. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to network with Georgia Grown members from across the state throughout the course of the day.



Exhibitor Registration:

Exhibitor registration is $250 and includes (1) 8ft. table, (1) tablecloth, (2) chairs and (1) wastebasket. Power is available if requested on the order form. Only paid Georgia Grown members will be considered as exhibitors. If you are not a member of the Georgia Grown program, please register hereSpace is limited, therefore only one booth per company will be allowed.

(Tuesday & Wednesday) Symposium and Farm Tour: Registration includes breakfast, educational sessions, lunch, and a snack break on Tuesday. Wednesday's farm tour includes bus fare and lunch. Farm tour tickets are limited. The cost to attend Tuesday and Wednesday is $125 ($100 with your paid GG member discount).
