Georgia clams spawn in the spring and fall and must be at least 45 mm wide for harvesting, which typically takes about 18 months.

Our baby clams are super-happy and healthy because they’re “planted,” so farmers know where to look for the mature hard shells when it’s harvesting time. We don’t use manufactured feed or chemicals, so the process is environmentally friendly and sustainable.

We have a variety of sweet and succulent hardshell clams. The different names signify the size – quahogs and chowders are the largest, while cherrystones and littlenecks are medium and small, respectively.
