Here at Courson’s we believe in keeping a Southern tradition alive. We make true and unique wines from both Muscadines we grow here and from fruits grown all over the state of GA. Our wines are made in small batches the same way our grandparents did 100 yrs ago. We take pride in every bottle that we sell. We hope it reminds you of growing up in the South, eating scuppernongs under your granny‘s arbor, and if you’re not from the South, we hope you enjoy it anyway. Our wine is a traditional southern wine. • We try to capture the essence or taste of the fruit. • It tends to be sweeter than most other wines. • Lighter mouth feel less acidity . Important dates at the winery July we start the harvest of our watermelons. We sell to the public August 15th- Sept 15th we harvest the scuppernongs and muscadines. We sell to the public. We carry a complete supply of winemaking equipment and supplies! We are located on GA hwy 22 between Milledgeville and Sparta. Our tasting room is open year round.
