Use as a topping for pies, cobblers or top fresh fruit with a dollop.

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup 
    heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/4 cup 
    sugar
  • 1 teaspoon 
    vanilla
Directions: 

Chill of a medium metal bowl and beaters. Whip cold cream until almost stiff. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until cream holds peaks.
