Ingredients: 
  • 2 pounds  
    fresh okra
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons  
    sunflower or canola oil
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons  
    gg’s bodacious creole seasoning (or your favorite)
Directions: 

Preheat oven 400 degrees. trim stems on okra. Place okra in a large bowl with oil. Sprinkle seasoning over okra and toss to distribute evenly. Spread okra on baking sheet in one layer or use two pans if needed. Bake 30 – 40 minutes until slightly crispy.
