Hickory Smoked BBQ Baby Back Ribs
These classic hickory smoked baby back ribs are perfect for a family get together or gathering.
- 1 to 5Rack of Baby Back Ribs
- 1 bottleFavorite Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cupFavorite Meat Rub
Remove membrane from the racks of ribs. Rub liberally with meat rub. Cook over open hickory fire. Meat is done when the edges start pulling away from the bone. Just before they are done baste with BBQ sauce, cooking a little while on each side to set the sauce.
