Lauri Jo's Southern Corn Whiskey Pepper Jelly Wings
These wings are tossed with one of Lauri Jo's best-selling pepper jellies, made with Americus, Georgia's 13th Colony Distillery Southern Corn Whiskey.
- 1.5 lbs wings, separated at the joint, wingtips removed (about 12 wings)
- 4 tablespoons Lauri Jo’s Southern Corn Whiskey Pepper Jelly
- Salt and pepper
Using a paper towel or a heatproof silicone brush, coat a cast iron grill pan lightly with canola oil. Preheat grill pan over high heat until smoking hot. Season wings with salt and pepper. Place on a microwave-safe dinner plate. Microwave for 8 minutes. Using tongs, place wings on grill pan and cook, turning occasionally, until wings are crispy on all sides. When wings are done, measure pepper jelly into a large microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to create a thin glaze. Toss wings with glaze in the bowl and serve!
